All TWIT snow pants are handmade and customizable. Because of the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, stitching, or details may occur.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed and confirmed, production will begin. Please make sure all customization choices (size, colors, patterns) are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Custom Products

Since TWIT products are custom-made, all custom orders are final and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on production time and destination. TWIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

ABOUT TWIT

Established in 2023, TWIT is essentially a snow pants brand located in Mont-Tremblant QC, Canada. It all started when the creator, Simon, decided that he wanted to create a pair of baggy ski pants. Using his free will, he went to a hardware store and bought an outdoor tarp, sewed some pieces together and created the first ever pair of TWIT pants (aka the IKEA pants(featured in the picture). Since then our pants have been significantly upgraded many times while still being 100% handmade in Quebec and the TWIT family is growing. We aspire making the best out of what we got and keeping it as unique as possible.
